New York Metro Clean Energy ("we," "us") is operated by JChamberlain LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or fill out one of our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and your answers to our questions (for example, whether you own your home, your home and roof type, and your typical electric bill). If you send us a photo of a utility bill, we use it only to estimate your savings.

How we use it

To contact you about solar and roofing for your home, to answer your questions, to prepare an estimate, and to schedule an appointment. We may contact you by phone call, text message, or email.

Text messages

By submitting a form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provide about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our customer-management and messaging software) and with installation or roofing partners when you ask us to move forward with a project, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal business records, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct, or delete your information, by emailing us at the address below.
